Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT), security architecture reviews, cloud security assessments, and threat modeling.

Proprietary SaaS products including ControlForge (compliance automation), ClerkHub (audit management), and Nigrahi (compliance monitoring).

AI & Custom Software Development

Custom AI solutions, automation tools, intelligent document processing, and software development services.

Payment Terms

Late Payments:Late payments may incur interest charges or suspension of services
Refunds:Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Time and materials already expended are non-refundable

Termination

By You: You may terminate our services at any time by providing written notice. You will be responsible for fees for services already rendered and any cancellation fees specified in your agreement.

By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if: (a) you violate these terms, (b) you fail to make payments, or (c) continuing service would pose legal or security risks.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Jurisdiction:These terms are governed by the laws of India
Venue:Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India
Resolution:We encourage amicable dispute resolution. In case of unresolved disputes, arbitration may be pursued as per Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
