By using Freedom Runway, you agree to these terms.

What This App Is

Freedom Runway is a calculator. It performs mathematical calculations based on numbers you provide. It helps you understand concepts like:

  • •Financial runway
  • •Safe withdrawal rates
  • •Time to financial independence

What This App Is NOT

Freedom Runway is NOT:

❌A financial advisor or registered investment adviser
❌An investment recommendation service
❌Tax, legal, or accounting advice
❌A substitute for professional financial planning
❌A guarantee of any future financial outcome

All calculations are estimates for informational purposes only.

Projections rely on the numbers you enter and the assumptions you choose (such as safe withdrawal rate and expected returns). Past performance does not predict future results. Markets, inflation, taxes, and personal circumstances vary. Before acting on any number this app produces, consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser, chartered accountant, or other qualified professional.

Your Responsibilities

✓You must consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions
✓You are responsible for backing up your data (use CSV export)
✓You must be 18 years or older to purchase Pro features

Subscriptions & Purchases

Pro Yearly — ₹249/yearIncludes a 2-week free trial for new subscribers. Auto-renews at ₹249/year unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple ID is charged at confirmation of purchase (or at the end of the free trial).
Pro Lifetime — ₹799 onceNon-consumable, one-time purchase. No recurring charges. Available on all devices signed in with the same Apple ID.
How to canceliPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Freedom Runway → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
RefundsRefunds are handled by Apple per their published policies. Request at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly.
Restore PurchasesPreviously purchased Pro features can be restored at any time via Settings → Restore Purchases inside the app.
Price changesIf we change subscription pricing, Apple will notify you in advance and you will have the opportunity to accept the new price or cancel.

Intellectual Property

Freedom Runway and its design are owned by CloudTrunk Technologies Private Limited.

Limitation of Liability

Freedom Runway is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudTrunk Technologies Private Limited is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the app — including financial losses resulting from decisions you make based on its calculations. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.

Termination

You may stop using Freedom Runway at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate access to Pro features if these terms are materially breached, though in practice we have no way to identify individual users.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via app update and the "Last Updated" date above will reflect the new version. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of Freedom Runway is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
