What This App Is

JabJournal is a personal tracking tool for people using GLP-1 medications. It helps you log and review:

  • •Injection dates, doses, and sites
  • •Symptoms you experience
  • •Nutrition intake (protein, fiber, water, calories)
  • •Weight over time
  • •Reminders you schedule for yourself

What This App Is NOT

JabJournal is NOT:

✕A medical device
✕A diagnostic tool
✕A substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
✕A dosage calculator or prescribing tool
✕A replacement for consultation with your healthcare provider
✕A monitoring system for emergency or urgent medical conditions

Always consult your healthcare provider for medical decisions.

GLP-1 medications (Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, Saxenda, Victoza, and similar) are prescription medications. Your prescribing physician, endocrinologist, or qualified healthcare professional is the only person who should make decisions about your dosing schedule, dose changes, or management of side effects. If you experience severe symptoms, contact your provider or seek emergency care immediately.

Your Responsibilities

✓You must follow the dosing schedule prescribed by your healthcare provider
✓You must verify the accuracy of data you enter
✓You must consult qualified medical professionals before making any health-related decisions
✓You are responsible for backing up your data (use PDF/CSV export)
✓You must seek immediate medical attention for severe or urgent symptoms
✓You must be 17 years or older to use this app

Apple Health (HealthKit)

If you grant HealthKit permissions, JabJournal can read and write specific health data on your device. You can revoke these permissions any time in iOS Settings. JabJournal will continue to work without HealthKit access.

No Warranty

JabJournal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the app. Reminders are scheduled locally and depend on your device's settings — do not rely on them as your sole source of medication timing.

Intellectual Property

JabJournal and its design are owned by CloudTrunk Technologies Private Limited. Medication names mentioned in the app (Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, Saxenda, Victoza) are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification only. CloudTrunk Technologies is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any pharmaceutical manufacturer.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudTrunk Technologies is not liable for any health outcomes, medical decisions, missed doses, or other consequences arising from your use of JabJournal. The app is a tracking tool; the responsibility for your health remains with you and your healthcare team.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
